- Vehicle usage is strictly as per the itinerary
- Air-conditioning may be switched off in hilly areas
- Night driving in the hills is avoided for safety reasons
- Extra usage beyond the itinerary will be chargeable
- The vehicle will not be at disposal unless specifically mentioned
Cancellation Policy
- 30 days before travel: 25% cancellation charges
- 15 – 29 days before travel: 50% cancellation charges
- 07 – 14 days before travel: 75% cancellation charges
- Less than 07 days / No-show: 100% cancellation charges
